Active in the UK property market for over 25 years, Douglas has managed a wide range of successful residential and commercial developments and diverse property portfolios.
Previously a director of Yoo, the Philippe Starck-owned international residential developer, Douglas also founded Consolidated Equity plc in 2004, a business that provides equity to property developers and traders on a joint venture basis.
Responsible for corporate development and new business opportunities, Richard is highly experienced in mixed-use planning and development across central and Greater London.
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor and started his professional career at Richard Ellis (Now CBRE). He has also been a director at Trafalgar House Developments Ltd. and Fletcher King PLC.
With direct experience in corporate acquisitions and restructuring, and having led or participated in over £500m of transactions, Richard has the expertise and market knowledge to work on a wide range of complex projects.

Will's role at Epsilon is to formulate acquisition strategies and to source and analyse potential residential development projects.
He began his career seeking and purchasing income producing assets for one of London's largest landlords prior to buying land for Pocket Living, an entrepreneurial affordable housing company. Most recently he spent three and a half years in the residential development team at Savills providing development consultancy and sales advice for projects across North and North West London.
Having worked on multiple development projects, Will has encountered a variety of first hand experience and is particularly well versed in achieving premiums in challenging market conditions.
