The building originally was used as a component manufacture for the production of the Lancaster Bomber, and since then has undergone a significant refurbishment of the whole building to provide modern, air-conditioned space in a creative and architecturally exposed environment, since then the building has been single let to online travel agency On the Beach.

The building has been transformed from low quality secondary office space to Grade A- office space providing heating and cooling, raised floors and full refurbishment of the common areas.

Externally the windows have been replaced and a bronze insert has been attached to the internal perimeter to provide identity.

Shoreditch High Street E1

Redevelopment of a vacant office building in the heart of Shoreditch. Consent obtained for circa 6,000 sq ft of restaurant use, 7,000 sq ft of office use and 8 high specification apartments.

Development was completed in spring 2012. All residential apartments were sold pre-completion to a single investor. Office space was let to a single occupier. Basement and ground let to a highly acclaimed restaurant.
