This was purchased in 2007 as 5 flats, totalling 5,500 sq ft. We achieved planning consent to redevelop behind a retained façade into a large family house of 10,000 sq ft with a basement dig for leisure facilities and a rear extension. Construction started in Feb 2011 with completion and completed in 2nd Quater 2013.
