Douglas oversees all Epsilon projects and is responsible for optimising return on investment. Active in the UK property market for over 25 years, he has managed a wide range of successful residential and commercial developments and diverse property portfolios.

Previously a director of Yoo (the Philippe Starck-owned international residential developer), Douglas also founded Consolidated Equity plc in 2004 which provides equity to property developers and traders on a joint venture basis.

Richard is responsible for corporate development and new business opportunities. He is highly experienced in mixed-use planning and development across central and Greater London. Richard is a Chartered Surveyor, beginning his professional career at Richard Ellis (now CBRE).
He was also a director at Trafalgar House Developments Ltd., and Fletcher King PLC. With direct experience in corporate acquisitions and restructuring, and having led or participated in over £500m of transactions, Richard has the expertise and market knowledge to work on a wide range of complex projects.

Peter specialises in office development, asset management and refurbishment projects. After a 20 year career in property development and investment across central London, he has an unrivalled knowledge of the capital, its sub-markets, and the design and planning opportunities they represent. Peter has worked at Trafalgar House Developments and Nelson Bakewell, with expertise in valuation, tenant demand, and occupier requirements.

Alistair is an experienced Development Director and Chartered Surveyor. He joined Epsilon Real Estate Partners in August 2017, after working at GVA Second London Wall and CBRE. As Head of Construction, he’s delivered a number of high profile developments from inception to completion. Alistair’s experience includes work across the residential, commercial office, retail and hospitality sectors.
